Here is a little information about my background and my real estate experience.
I was born and raised in the beautiful White Mountains of Arizona. My Father was a successful custom homebuilder in the area and I grew up watching him build many different homes with great care. The housing industry was in my bloodstream at a very early age and luckily, the golf course was always nearby. After many errant swings of a hammer, I decided to try my luck swinging a golf club instead. After a few years in the golf business and a brief stint playing collegiate golf, I once again returned to my natural roots in real estate. I began my sales career in the housing industry in 1989 and I've never looked back.
Today, I am the Broker/Owner for Marble Real Estate and I continue to enjoy my real estate career more than ever. By combining my industry knowledge and over 21 years of experience, I am confident that my background will make a difference when working with Buyers, Sellers and the Real Estate Community in general.

From the initial visit, to the actual closing, I will be there to help guide the process and to answer all of your questions. I do not re-route incoming phone calls to others, nor do I delegate important responsibilties to hourly employees that are not familiar with your situation. Instead, I choose to answer each incoming call myself and I choose to oversee the entire process. I have witnessed many different and difficult markets throughout the years, however I have always continued to keep my focus on my customer and I have always maintained my personal value system that revolves around honesty and integrity.
During my career, I have personally facilitated over 800 successful transactions and I have been honored with multiple awards in the housing industry, including the prestigious "Carl A Wilson Lifetime Achievement Award" presented to me by the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona. I have consistently been recognized as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer throughout my career, including the last three years (2008-2010). I am a honest and caring person that truly understands Arizona real estate. Your complete satisfaction is extremely important to me as a friend, neighbor and as a real estate professional.
